1. Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rasyo. By using Rasyo, creating an account, starting a trial, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Financial Information Only
Rasyo provides general financial information, delayed market data, automated analysis, and educational commentary. Rasyo does not provide personalized investment advice, financial planning, portfolio management, legal advice, tax advice, brokerage services, or regulated investment advisory services. No content in Rasyo is an offer, solicitation, recommendation, guarantee, or instruction to buy, sell, hold, or trade any security, instrument, asset, or strategy.
You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. Before making any investment decision, you should conduct your own research and consult a qualified, licensed professional adviser who understands your personal circumstances.
3. AI and Market Data Limitations
Rasyo may use AI systems to generate summaries, scores, insights, and explanations. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsuitable. Market data may be delayed, missing, inaccurate, adjusted, or supplied by third parties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, profitability, or suitability of any data, score, analysis, notification, or AI output.
4. Account and Security
You are responsible for keeping your device, account, and sign-in methods secure. You must not misuse Rasyo, bypass security controls, scrape data, reverse engineer the service, overload infrastructure, interfere with other users, or use Rasyo for unlawful activity.
5. Subscriptions, Trials, and Purchases
Rasyo may offer paid plans, trials, promotional offers, and auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. Subscription price, duration, renewal terms, trial availability, taxes, and billing rules are shown by Apple before purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account before the renewal deadline set by Apple. Cancellation, refund, billing, and payment disputes are handled according to Apple App Store rules and your Apple Media Services terms.
Access to paid features may depend on successful payment, Apple transaction status, RevenueCat entitlement status, server availability, and compliance with these Terms.
6. Lifetime or One-Time Offers
If Rasyo ever offers a "lifetime", "permanent", "one-time", or similar package, that term means access for the lifetime of the Rasyo app or the relevant paid service as we operate and make it available, not for the lifetime of any individual user and not forever. Such access may end or change if Rasyo is discontinued, materially modified, technically or commercially infeasible to maintain, removed by a platform, affected by law, affected by third-party provider changes, or replaced by a substantially different service.
7. Changes to the Service
We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, data sources, AI providers, supported exchanges, languages, pricing, plans, or availability at any time, subject to applicable law and platform rules.
8. Intellectual Property
Rasyo, including its design, software, branding, content structure, and original materials, is owned by Berk Bacalan or licensed to us. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Rasyo for personal, lawful purposes.
9. Third-Party Services
Rasyo may rely on third-party services, including Apple, Firebase / Google, RevenueCat, AI model providers, market data providers, hosting providers, and analytics or diagnostics tools. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policies, decisions, data, restrictions, pricing, or acts.
10. No Warranties
Rasyo is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and financial outcome.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rasyo and Berk Bacalan will not be liable for investment losses, trading losses, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, consequential damages, indirect damages, special damages, punitive damages, or damages arising from reliance on market data, AI output, alerts, scores, or analysis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Rasyo is limited to the amount you paid for Rasyo during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 50, whichever is lower.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rasyo and Berk Bacalan from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of Rasyo, breach of these Terms, violation of law, or financial decisions made by you.
13. Apple
Apple is not responsible for Rasyo, its content, maintenance, support, subscriptions, claims, or your use of the service. Apple App Store terms and Apple Media Services terms apply to downloads, purchases, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, except where mandatory consumer protection or local law provides otherwise.
